Gentle Yoga
Monday nights at 5:30 - 6:30pm
Sept 25 - Oct 30 (6 weeks)
Appropriate for all ages and fitness levels

Yoga Fitness Fusion
Wednesday nights at 5:15 - 6:00 pm Sept 27 - Oct 11 (3 week trial)
This new program will combine yoga poses with classical fitness exercise.
Light weights are optional. While there is no jumping involved, some cardio/strength moves are incorporated.

Competitive; Co-ed, year-round, adults
Monday - 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
