SENIOR MINISTRY
Calvary OWLS
(Older, Wiser, Livelier Seniors)
A group of seniors who fellowship with each other at various events—luncheons, concerts, and plays. Events are scheduled throughout the year.
Our lively and caring seniors participate in the life of the church through fellowship, serving, and studying with each other:
- Special Events
- Luncheons and Dinners
- Annual Senior Banquet
- Weekly Bible Studies
- Serving the church by volunteering in the front office, writing cards, helping with projects, making phone calls, etc.
- Attending God’s Kitchen on Thursday evenings
- Reading Scripture in Worship
- Monthly Devotions at Lorien Nursing Home (the 1st Thursday of the month at 3:00 pm in the Eden Room)
